Holiday Inn Chicago SW-Countryside ConfCtr at 6201 Joliet Road, Countryside, Illinois.

Room was nice and clean. Went specifically to take the kids swimming. At check in was given wristbands to wear at the pool. Well they were worthless. When we got to the pool half the people there weren't wearing wristbands and never once, in the probably 8 hours total we spent at the pool, did a single employee come and just do a quick walk thru of the pool to check wristbands and it was crowded. There were also some younger kids who were there who did not have an adult with them and they were purposely turning lights out in the bathroom when people were in there. So we had to call the front desk and complain and was told someone would be down to check out the pool area...well I don't believe anyone ever came. If it wasn't for that I would give it 4 stars, the restaurant has good food
